You can ProhostAI as your maintenance task manager. Tasks are automatically created based on guest messages. You can also manually create tasks, same as in any other task manager.

Managing Tasks
Tasks can be different statuses (In progress, Complete etc.) and assigned to team members. Team members can also comment on tasks to collaborate on them.
