Overall AI Settings

If you would like to provide custom instructions on how the AI should respond to guest messages or change the tone or style of the AI messages, you can do so under Settings => AI. Some examples of custom instructions:

  • "Greet guests by saying Aloha"

  • "Do not allow early check ins"

These settings will apply to all properties, so only provide instructions here that apply to all your listings.

Listing-level AI Settings

If you would like to provide custom instructions to the AI for a particular listing, you can do so at Listings => Select the listing => Private notes for AI

Some examples of private notes for AI:

  • Provide backup key codes

  • Parking details & instructions
